It is slow in deploying files and oftentimes any error messages it generates are difficult to understand what exactly caused the error. For big Change Packages, you should increase heap size to view the template, and should shorten the ping intervals on your HUB and CA config files to speeed uop deployment. Once you learn the quirks, however, Change Assistant is a great task-saver.
